The one thing people get wrong. Day Pass and Student/Startup do not admit you to the 12 Signature Sessions. They cover the exhibition floor, Business Matching, networking and the Startup & Innovation area. If the sessions are why you are coming, you need All Access or above — please check before you buy, not at the door.
Seating. The Main Stage seats 800. A pass admits you to a session but does not reserve a seat: entry is first-come, and peak sessions may require booking a seat in advance. Overflow viewing with livestream is provided for the busiest sessions.

Students with a valid student card, and early-stage startups, subject to the organising committee's eligibility policy and a quota. You will be asked to provide supporting documents before the pass is issued.

No. A pass admits you to the sessions it covers, but Main Stage seating is first-come within an 800-seat auditorium. Peak sessions may require advance seat booking, and overflow viewing with livestream is provided.
VIP and Executive passes include access to VIP networking and reception activities, but the Welcome Dinner and VIP Networking Dinner are capacity-limited and invitation-only. They require separate confirmation from the organising committee.
Your AI Summit pass covers the AI Summit programme and the AI District. Smart City Asia Hanoi 2026 is a separate exhibition organised by Exporum Vietnam, with its own admission arrangements.
