Passes do not reserve seats. Sponsor passes admit the holder to the sessions they cover, but the Main Stage seats 800 and entry is first-come. Peak sessions may require advance seat booking; overflow viewing with livestream is provided.
Editorial independence. Sponsorship creates access and thought leadership. It does not buy editorial control: sessions stay multi-sided and case-driven, and no sponsor turns a session into a product pitch.
The Main Stage is built for C-level, government and investors. VIP and Executive passes carry front-row seating and lounge access, so the people you want are reachable between sessions.
Every tier carries a business matching quota. Sponsors submit a customer profile, and the organising committee sources counterparties through industry associations before the doors open.
The AI District sits in the conference traffic. Your pavilion is on the route between sessions, not in a separate exhibition wing people never reach.
