# AI Summit 2026

> The flagship event of the Smart City Asia Hanoi 2026 exhibition. Three days of AI conference programming, an exhibition district, business matching and two live competitions, held 08–10 October 2026 at the National Exhibition Center (VEC) in Dong Anh, Hanoi, Vietnam. Organised by V Digital Concept and delivered by Fresgen.

AI Summit 2026 is a distinct programme inside the Smart City Asia Hanoi 2026 exhibition, which is organised separately by Exporum Vietnam. The AI Summit programme occupies Hall 3 and comprises an 800-seat Main Stage, the AI District exhibition floor, a Business Matching Lounge, and a Government & Executive Forum.

Important: only VIP, Executive and All Access include admission to the 12 Signature Sessions. Day Pass and Student/Startup cover the exhibition floor, Business Matching, networking and the Startup & Innovation area. A pass admits the holder to a session but does not reserve a seat; Main Stage entry is first-come.

Pavilion areas are maximum entitlements per tier. Final floor allocation and the number of packages released are confirmed in the sponsorship contract.

## Exhibition stands — AI District (excluding VAT)

- Option A, Raw Space: 9 m² (3m × 3m) open floor — 2,000 USD
- Option B, Basic Setup: 9 m² plus one table, two chairs and a power connection — 2,500 USD

Both include exhibitor listing, digital map, Business Matching access and exhibitor badges (2 for Raw Space, 3 for Basic Setup). Stand availability is confirmed at the point of booking and is not published.

The fee is the organising committee's service fee. Venue, production, catering, equipment, media, contract staff, permits and other third-party costs are not included unless separately scoped and quoted. The "Official Side Event of AI Summit 2026" designation is granted by the organising committee after review and does not follow automatically from paying a fee.
